iPad app to open up a browser with a dunamic URL

HI,

I am new to iOS development.
My requirement is to develop an application for iPad which opens a browser and displays a url.
So once i click the app the browser should open with open with a url of my choice say for instance www.google.com

My secondary requirement is say in future I would want the app to open a different url once it is clicked. So there must be some way that only could change the url that would come up once the app is opened. It is fine for me if you can provide me one more app that I have to invoke to change the url that my primary app opens up..


Has anyone done this app? It would be helpful if the app is available.
